Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged for new product within 10 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 10 days of delivery

• In their original packaging

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition with no signs of wear or damage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, your return or credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Sale, Custom, and personalized items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
